Pros

The pay was nice, as was the facility itself (somewhat). If you're able to troop through being a temp, the benefits that CTDI offers their hired employees seem to be nice, from what I've heard.

Cons

The entirety of this facility is based on dishonest workmanship. We were told to blatantly lie about the repairs done to many units, and the ones that actually needed repair were shoddy at best.

Constatly threatend by supervisors

Pros

It was good to be able to come in and work a full forty hour week ,depending on work section. There was also room to try another department if one currently worked in was too challenging

Cons

Too many supervisors beimg fired for domestic abuse, assault, stealing from the company alleged drug charges and sexual harrasment issues from supervisors.

paycheck but really it's too low for what you're doing.

Cons

No training provided,Power crazed and misguided management people,disrespectful,forced overtime every weekend.Roaches falling out of cable box but they'll deny it if you mention it.
