Pros

The pay was nice, as was the facility itself (somewhat). If you're able to troop through being a temp, the benefits that CTDI offers their hired employees seem to be nice, from what I've heard.

Cons

The entirety of this facility is based on dishonest workmanship. We were told to blatantly lie about the repairs done to many units, and the ones that actually needed repair were shoddy at best.

Horrible management, staff harrasment, one of the lead of refurb area is so unprofessonal. No good english, she thinks the CTDI is her own. I am wondering why she is still there. Her supervisor and manager are bad too. They listen her only no staffs views. She needs to be fire today .
