      CTDI management are buffoons.

      Pros

      If you are really desperate for a job so you can pay your bills, then work at CTDI until you can find something better. Then get the hell out as fast as you can.

      Cons

      Idiot management. No tools, no supplies, no work statement, no documentation, noisy environment, no telephone, no communication, no support, no help of any kind.

      Fast Paced enviroment. Learned a lot quickly Worked Independently, not micro managed Some decent coworkers Days went by quickly

      Long hours Management makes committments that are impossible and forces employees to do "whatever it takes" to please the customer. Always reacting never fix known problems ahead of time Many people placed in jobs that they aren't qualified for and qualified people are stuck picking up the slack. Zero control over career movements. Unethical decisions Even when you're right, you're wrong

      Pros

      No most third class Company they look only business policy they hire from temporary staffing agency and they never higher permanent lot of people working like 2 years 3 years 5 years they don't want to give the benefits they want to make the only money that's it

      Cons

      No never ever they doing favor who the people like there are permanent some people don't know how to do work some people don't know how to do technical job still they are permanent and making good money they don't look who people working hard over there
