      Friendly working environment, easy to take a few days off if you want to.

      Cons

      they lay off employees instantly when there is a reduction invoice from Telus.

      As a family-owned and operated company, CTDI proudly promotes a friendly working environment as has been your experience so thank you for highlighting that. Unfortunately, business conditions with our customers do require us to occasionally lay off employees but that is one reason we use flexible staffing agencies and we always try to consider other internal needs/opportunities first. CTDI values our entire employee base and overall we have an extremely stable business model with our customers.
