      Pros

      The Pat, the benefits, and they allowed me to learn

      Cons

      always had the employees on pins and needles. It was like waiting for the day when you are getting laid off. The management didn't spend money to do proper repairs and wanted the technicians to still repair the board. Not fun times at all. No room at all for advancement.

      Pros

      You get a paycheck. There is not any combination of 20 good words about this place.

      Cons

      You are treated like a criminal to work there. Guards constantly walking up and down the isle watching you, checking your work station when you are on break, metal detectors, not allowed to have your own phone on you, constant standing in one position like cattle, no adjustments of tables for tall people, your back is on fire after an 8 hour shift. You can't even have a pen. Absolutely ridiculous to think that these kinds of conditions are conducive to eliminating turnover. Ever watch that movie "New Jack City?" Yeah, it's almost like working on the meth line for Wesley Snipes.
