Great work environment, not much drama. Plenty of work opportunity. Health benefits, HSA options, twice a year bonus based off of the company's performance. The company is always out preforming it's set goals. The company takes care of you and your family in crisis and is like a family itself. Work from home options are available. Paid time and a half for overtime over 40 hours each week.
Cons
Some disconnect of submittals and deadlines for some managers. No shorts on casual Fridays. Depending on your team, hours can be long.
CVL is a good company that supports their employees and has a good office atmosphere. Your work will be appreciated and there is a lot of room for growth, especially for engineers.
Cons
Not the most progressive company in terms of things like maternity/paternity leave, and supporting people's request to work from home. Some people have had to buy laptops out of their own money in order to work from home.
