CVS Health reviews

The pay has become a bit of a problem for me due to the fact that people are starting to leave because of it and that is caussing me to question my own compensation. I havent had a raise in almost two and a half years and from what research I have done, the other photo techs and me are making less than the average pay for a photo tech.

There seems to be little concern for employee growth. Reviews aren't taken seriously and are scheduled too far apart. There is no effort made to emphasize any opportunities or ways to improve yourself. Resources to improve ones self are available if your willing to hunt for them, but for all the resourcefulness required to obtain them, one could have easily spent that time pursing another job, career, or education and come with a more rewarding out come.
