      Pros

      As a Highschool, or college student I feel working at Cvs is the perfect job. Just because it is not to tedious or strenuous for a person of that stature to balance with their busy lives.

      Cons

      Working at CVS can be difficult for some because there are many different personalities that you have to encounter daily. It is best to have a good temper when deciding to work there.

      it provided a very challenging, fast paced work environment, if you like that sort of thing. company culture can be demanding.

      Cons

      I felt rushed and stressed out trying to get everything done. i tended to make too many mistakes that way. there was too much encouragement for political positioning with a couple of the employees to curry favor with the new management.. too much pressure with the 'no excuses' policy on not getting stuff done. it felt like they expected two days of work done in one day; nevermind how many customers there may have been in on any given day. i could barely keep up.

      CVS Pharmacy provides just an "okay" work/learning experience.

      The job is fairly simple. You can have a wide variety of responsibilities and have good opportunities to interact with customers.

      Cons

      Training is absolutely horrible. You watch a video your first day and then you're given a pamphlet. Not much actual training, so half the time you don't what the parameters of your responsibilities are.
