Pros

The benefits with the company are good and include company paid short term and longterm disability. The atmosphere is corporate but relaxed. Management is willing to take the time to listen to their employees. There are opportunities to advance, but have to actively seek them out and promote yourself.

Cons

The salary compared to other organizations in the area tend to be on the low side. The attendance policy is strict - there are not specific sick days and if you call out, that is counted against you.

Pros

Great salary considering you do not have to take any work home with you. Normally a 4% raise each year in addition to a possible bonus. Working for an up and coming company. Easy relocation to other CVS or Caremark stores. Top dollar job right out of college.

Cons

Fast paced and occassionally stressful altercations with unsatisfied customers. No breaks of any kind throughout your shift. Standing all day long takes a toll. Difficult to get a personal day off. High level of liability though CVS says they will cover you up to the value of the company.
