Pros

Lots of down time, residents can be nice. Company has decent benefits.

Cons

Wish this was a part time job because some days you really don't need to be in the office. Would be perfect opportunity for students who are looking for work while still studying. Can't take weekends off because one person always needs to be on site. 401 not fully vested until 5 years with company. Not a lot of room for growth.
