Great Company with Global Opportunities

Pros

CXT Software is very inclusive and hires people from all around the world. This has been amazing for me because I don’t need to move to another country to get a good job. I can work from my location and still be part of a global team. Working with people from different countries and backgrounds makes the team more creative and interesting. I feel like my ideas are heard and that I’m part of something bigger, even though I’m not in the same place as my teammates. The company values good communication and teamwork, even with people working in different time zones. This has made it easier for me to manage my work-life balance. It’s great to be in a company that gives everyone a chance, no matter where they’re from.

Cons

The work can be hard and there are high expectations, especially since we work on projects with teams around the world. Sometimes the deadlines are tight, and it’s a bit stressful. But I feel proud when I finish something difficult, and I know it’s worth it in the end. The hiring process was very detailed and challenging. It took a lot of time and effort, and sometimes I felt a little nervous about it. But the good part is that they kept me updated on my progress, which helped me stay positive. Even though it was tough, I’m really happy to have gotten the job in the end.

Pros

The people on the teams are good people.

Cons

Since the new management took over, many experienced employees have been let go and replaced with individuals lacking the necessary expertise. Prices for the software have increased, yet management has discouraged staff from disclosing updated costs for implementation, training, custom work, or even sales to paying customers. Once a proudly USA-based company, it has shifted toward a call center–style operation, with escalations now handled by individuals who are difficult to understand and who prioritize extracting more money from long-term customers rather than considering their budgets or needs. There are also significant concerns about gender bias. In areas like DevOps, engineering, support, and project management, men are far more likely to keep their jobs. Currently, there are no women in the support department, and talented female employees have been pushed out of other teams. Pay disparities are also evident, with men earning more than women for similar roles.
