      Pros

      I've been employed with CXT software for 11 years, and the company has grown tremendously since I started. The acquisition by Ionic has been a game changer, We are now a global workforce, which has been exciting to have employees from other countries within our team. The company cares about it's employees, providing open communication and sharing of the company goals and ambitions among the staff so we are just as invested as leadership.

      Cons

      I don't have a lot of cons, if any. As with any acquisition, there can be a little bit of a pain period during transition, but it was minimal and our team leader is a great guy who kept us all informed throughout.

      The company has big potential for growth. Leaders guided us during the transition after the acquisition, and things are going smoother now.

      Cons

      After the acquisition in 2025 and the merger with e-Courier, integration had challenges. Systems needed time to match and our teams learned to work together. It took months, that we grew stronger.

      Pros

      Any acquisition brings change, but once the transition settled, the improvements became clear. The new structure introduced better documentation, transparent workflows, and fresh strategic ideas that helped everyone work more efficiently. Collaboration between teams strengthened over time, and there’s now a stronger emphasis on clarity, accountability, and innovation especially after the addition of e-Courier. It’s evident that the changes were made with long-term growth and team success in mind.

      Cons

      The integration phase wasn’t without its difficulties. Adjusting to new processes, expectations, and leadership styles required patience and flexibility. Communication gaps were noticeable at first, especially as workflows were being realigned across teams.
