      Absolutely none. Worst company to ever work for. All they do is lie.

      Worst company to ever work for. The management are all a bunch of liars, the store manager is a joke and really needs to get over himself. All he does is lie right thru his teeth. The way they made this company out in the beginning is not what it is all about now. If they don't realize that tons of people are quitting even managers are quitting then they are blind. Obviously corporate is blind too. Corporate needs to make an unannounced visit and ask around and take a good look at management.

      Look at a competitor first for gun sales

      I get to talk about guns all day. The manufacturer discount is great.

      Cons

      This company is not competitive with benefits or pay at all. In omaha, I can just go to scheels and work gun sales there and make commission on every sale! The guys there make 15 to 20 dollars an hour. Cabelas card only pays $1 if someone signs up for their visa, competitors pay $5 to the employee. Cabelas has a tiered structure for their discount meaning you will have to work there for 7 years before you get the full discount which is cost + shipping. other competitors offer the same thing right off the bat.

      I really can't think of anything. The discount was good, but you didn't make enough to use it

      Cons

      Was really poorly run, and by all the layoffs they do every year, it does not seem as if anything has changed since I left! I was in Human Resources and was absolutely miserable! Not worth it!
