      Co-workers in my dept are great Discount is good I've learned a lot

      "How many club cards have you gotten?" That's the daily question from management. I'm here to help the customers, not push your credit card on them. If they want it then they will seek it out but attacking every single person that walks in the door is obnoxious. Then hitting them with it again in every department? Come on, you can be better than that. Time off- even when you get approval for time off they schedule you anyway.

      If you like outdoors lifestyle you will like Cabelas

      Cons

      This company is stale. I had to get out. Cabela's Brand Products are not the quality that they think they are. The company is looking to un realistic profits. NOW sales are tanking. Watch out for Field and Stream. They have a good formula for success.

      They Have no tolerance for anyone democratic, progressive or from the Northeast, regardless of competence or aptitude. They want you to come in and drive change, just not THAT change
