The direction that the company is going in at the retail outlet is to have part time outfitter's . The only full time will be Dept leads ( much like wal mart) Getting more people for the same amount of hours allotted to each retail store. ( which is based on sales) Salaried Managers will be hourly. The product training specialist and the training specialist will be one outfitter. The marketing folks will be eliminated . No more human resource manger ... Just generalist making around $12.50 an hour. If you are up for it ! More power to you! Your hr generalist work off the clock 2 to 3 days per pay period. You will be working for Bass Pro Shop very soon...
