      Pay is better than most Work/life balance is great Schedule flexibility helps Sometimes you get to travel to other stores

      Cons

      They pick and choose which policies to enforce No help from HR Ridiculous expectations with no help Company is restructuring every couple months so you never know when you'll have a job

      Pros

      The company gives a discount to all employees when they start that gets better the longer you are there. They occasionally on Friday would do "Fun Friday" morning gathers and give things out like vendor t-shirts or hats.

      Cons

      Poor employee discount. It was often less that the discount you could get by using the price match policy after 5 years with them. Treat people poorly. Managers would often say you were replaceable to entire groups of employees.

      Fun environment. Great products. Excellent training.

      Cons

      Selling Cabela's Club. Overstaffing to meet opening deadlines and then only retaining 25% of new hires after opening.
