      Pros

      Outfitters have the ability to crosstrain in multiple departments. Cabela's offers acceptable discount based on seniority. Company also offers paid vacations to outfitters.

      Cons

      Favoritism, unengaged and cocky senior management, clueless HR and regional team, extremely unhappy, unappreciated and lacking engagement outfitters. Inconsistent accountability for outfitters based on department manager.

      Pros

      I like "some" of my co-workers and "some" of the customers.

      Cons

      I could write pages of all the errors I've seen since working there. Managers that should be fired for bullying behavior, thinking they are above "working" (in their office eating, texting, talking, shopping online) and making us feel like indentured slaves. The work schedule is never the same, so forget having a life or weekends free. Policies/procedures constantly changing and training is a big joke.
