      Was once promising but turned into a nightmare.

      Pros

      3point5.com discount eligibility. Flexible work hours.

      Cons

      All employees are severely underpaid. As a Lead Supervisor for the warehouse night shift the pay is $12.00 an hour, minimum wage is $9.04 in WA. The workload is extremely intense due to being grossly understaffed. Communication is non-existent between management to management and between management to employee. A team atmosphere was once preached but the turn over rate is so high that no one knows who they are working with or for.

      Great people, but some pretty awful managers

      Pros

      Some pretty amazing people work there and the training they provide is good. Every so often they try to do something nice or fun for the employees.

      Cons

      Inconsistent scheduling, sometimes unreasonable expectations (they expect you to get one credit card referral a day which isn't always easy), some of the managers are awful (after 6 months, the manager of my department still doesn't know my name), there is a lot of favoritism.

      Fun atmosphere with bad management

      Pros

      Great place to work. Training is way above most retail places. Customers that come in are in a good mood most of the time, the staff is relaxed and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Management is bad at communication between the employees and them. They micro manage all the time and push the credit card way too much. They make that the initial thing on advancement and don't give people enough breaks or time off.
