      Pros

      Co workers,customers, discount and the environment are a few of the reasons the job is enjoyable. Also the knowledge I have gained about hunting and fishing.

      Being forced to get club cards Nothing is ever good enough Senior management No trust in HR department Working 40+ hours for a corporate walk and then 16 hours over the next 2 weeks

      Pros

      My fellow coworkers, and being in the know on outdoors equipment. And I had 3 really good days working there (in 1000 days total, not kidding)

      Cons

      Company, corporate, and managers. Incompetence at all upper levels. Laziness of management expecting you to do everything why they walk around to say they did something, then go back to hide in the office. Not near enough employees to handle all the customers. HR is a joke. They are more out to get you then work for you. Having to take customers crap because they are the money and outfitters are the company's feces.
