Only trained me 4 days (not back to back there were days off in between) then I was on my own, didn’t know exactly what to do besides walking around fixing clothes. I met a coworker who’s worked there 8 months and he didn’t even know what he’s supposed to be doing… that right there told me that management needs to train their employees better and longer than 4 ish days…

Under new ownership - It's a "Carnival Culture", not so much an "outdoor experience, memory maker/generator, as it was with Cabelas). Top Tier, under owner, more so focused on lower quality standards of merch, sways in directional wind, instead of being the standard. Promotes poor workplace atmosphere with driving credit cards and financing, rather then "the outdoors". Bass Pro, makes it much easier to drift customers out of the footprint of the store, appealing to online shopping; which is diminishing the "family outdoor" experience. Seems to be a play on merging stores, into one mega destination store and showing "Cabela" legacy employees, the door - making it an "all and only Bass Pro" team. I left on good/great terms, ... I never drank the green BP kool-aid.
