- Every manager (except one) was completely incompetent. - They really hound you about signing people up for their Club Credit Cards. - Much of your performance reviews are based on how many credit card sign ups you get. So you could be one of the best working employees in your department and your review will still be bad. - I've never seen a company who literally tried to screw there customers as much as this one. I couldn't believe how many times I've seen some managers refuse to do the right thing (for example returning a product) when it was clear that the customer was right. I literally had to tell customers "I'm so sorry, I know you're right, but the company doesn't care about you." - Management at our store (except for one good manager) was a total trainwreck.

Dangerous: almost shot by customer and told it was fine and that I would be fired if it happened again. You will be forced to sell credit cards at all costs. You will have hours cut to keep as many people on part time status as possible.
