      Great co-workers on the floor...

      Cons

      Dreadful management team in Thornton, CO Lifting/Moving thousands of pounds of freight by hand daily Constantly tasking instead of assisting customers Pressured to force Club Card Visa onto the unsuspecting Miserable hours and pay (even for retail) Watching the staff revolving door spin (I've never seen so many leave without even giving notice)

      The people in your general dept are pretty cool & all share in the dislike for the place but need the money Discount is pretty good

      Cons

      -Upper management are total quacks. Who cares is you went to West Point, my big toe could do a better job. -Overall inconsistent with everything. -They give incentive programs & take them away. -Employees are expected to act as dept trainers vs management. -They want you to give "open availability" but then schedule for 10-12 hrs a week. -Cannot stress micromanagement enough. They barely even know who you are.
