Lack of transparency. CEO leaves pretty messages on Fridays and then fires people left and right the very next week.

Pros

Good "local" management team and people, but they have no real power for change.

Cons

Corporate management seems to be checked out on what front line employees want and need to survive! Local emoyees struggle to survive on current pay where similar jobs with other cable companies pay 30 to 35% more. Delusional that they take care of the front line employee and that they are happy, most are miserable and would change in a heartbeat.

Pros

I am not going to say "I like the people / managers I work with" as a 'Pro' for this company. If I have a good relationship with my co-workers and managers, then that's on me and them. The company should not get 'credit' because the people they hired get along.

Cons

The pay is so low for the work that you do. And I believe it is because they use a job title that suggests you do less. I do so much more than the definition of "Inventory specialist" yet that is what they call us to justify a lower pay and a title which prevents you from getting a better paying job at a better company.
