Cable One: A Great place for a family-friendly job

Pros

Great people. Highly ethical. Are Very Very conscious of work-life-balance. Lean toward protecting the family. Great place where ideas are genuinely sought out and often acted upon, when they have true merit.

Cons

They seem to be on the lower edge of pay scale - - but their Genuine commitment to work - life balance is Well worth the risk of having a higher pay scale at a company which is known for its unreasonable demands on their associates.
