Great place to work; more different than any other cable provider

Pros

Advancement is high; you are not pressured into getting more types of calls until are ready. Overtime is welcomed, not requirement. Generous benefits and education reimbursement. Technical support focuses on support, no sales.

Cons

24 hour call center; customers can be challenging; time off not easy to take.

Good work environment, nice people, supervisors were helpful, fair, knowledgeable. Extensive training on products and services as a new employee. Plenty of opportunity for extra hours.

Below average pay, inflexible scheduling.

I loved the atmosphere, and the people that I worked with either in the office or the field. Great compensation, benefits are out of this world.

Cons

Little room for career growth, and stability of the position was always in question. I felt like my supervisor was not qualified for his position at all. There were several people in the office that were better suited for his position.
