      Pros

      the team in the warehouse would go to great lengths to help out the field techs but those guys have all quit by now. some of the techs are very knowledgable but they won't stick around long.

      Cons

      lowest pay in the industry and high turnover. terrible leadership running the company. projects are poorly managed. always short of material in the field. equipment and vehicles are poorly maintained. you get jerked around on your schedule.

      Worst place I've ever worked

      Pros

      Free donuts at the monthly safety meeting.

      Cons

      LOWEST pay in the industry and NO raises. No regular reviews. Only the office people get incentives. Every job is a complete disaster. Losing customers because of poor performance and low safety rating. All departments fight each other. CFO tries to run the place but knows nothing of this business. HR dept is of no help to unless you work in the office. Sales team doesn't know what they are doing. Dangerous and poorly maintained equipment. High turnover among field techs. If you travel out of state you get nailed on taxes. Not guaranteed 40 hours. You get jerked around on the schedule.

      The only thing that made this place tolerable was the amount of diversity we had amongst the staff

      Cons

      Terrible leadership with powerhouse trips. Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. They expected high output with little incentive.
