Not friendly to minorities and/or gay community. Wonderful benefits.

Cons

Doesn't pay well except if you are upper management. All employees are not entitled to bonuses

Over all cabot has Glgood benefit compared to others.

Cons

They layoff people that are good fits to open positions but fill position with others that have lower qualification. Connection inside is very important than performance.

Great company overall. Benefits and work life balance are excellent.

Cons

Management (or lack there of) could use some work. Good employees are overloaded while poor workers get away with doing nothing.
