Holidays when management isn't there place runs smoothly.

Cons

Managers have God complex. Hypocrisy is ramped. Pick and choose what polices to adhere to. Very unethical environment.

Pros

There is a lot of emphasis about safety. You know as an employee they legitimately care about you. You really feel part of a team. Cabot is the industry leader and its obvious why. People are treated with respect at all levels, something the competitors should take note of. I really enjoyed going to work every day.
