Management is filled with egotistical people who can't take constructive criticism, especially from women. Safety culture is very important at Cabot, but at times there tends to be a prioritization of visible safety efforts over practical safety efforts. After being lectured on being careful while walking down the stairs in order to lower recordable insidents, while moldy celining tiles are falling from the ceiling, it is clear that Cabot cares more about their reputation than the actual safety of their employees.

This company has far too much bureaucracy and complete disconnect between management and employees. Promotions and salaries increases are the result favoritism not performance or expertise.
