It is very Flexible. You can work from home. So no need to use sick days. I really appreciate this about Cabot

Cons

Gossip atmosphere. If someone is not reacting or acting others the way others think they should act, people act dry with you and try to come up with reasons for you not to excel.

Over all cabot has Glgood benefit compared to others.

Cons

They layoff people that are good fits to open positions but fill position with others that have lower qualification. Connection inside is very important than performance.
