Good pay with great benefits. Good safety and environmental team. Good FGM at this site. Good stock purchase options with good medical care.

Cons

Lazy people. Hourly union employees don’t want to work. The employees aren’t motivated to do anything “extra”. Reduces workforce doesn’t help these issues.

Culture of working safely and looking out for each other. New CEO is inspiring, down-to-earth, trustworthy and goal-oriented.

Cons

Being a smaller company that runs lean, you will be asked to wear multiple hats and achieve self-motvated results using limited resources. There’s limited movement within the company, so you may have to move out to move up. Lackluster effort is rewarded, so there continues to be a struggle to hold the responsibile party accountable. Seems that majority of employees have been employed for 20+ years and drive a culture resistant to change.
