Competitive pay, great benefits, and peers are often welcoming.

Cons

Very few people are on the same page within Cabot's MA facilities. R&D in Bilericca MA is a great place to work at. However, Cabot's manufacturing facilities often operate at a grueling pace setting unreasonable, and inconsistent expectations from person to person with the same job title.

Management (or lack there of) could use some work. Good employees are overloaded while poor workers get away with doing nothing.
