Great place to work with plenty of opportunity to see the world

Pros

Excellent compensation (benefits and salary) Safety Focus (don't ever have to worry about getting hurt at work) Progressive benefits in many ways. For example, one of the first companies to offer health care to same sex partners.

Cons

Most opportunities involve relocation overseas Many of their plant are located in small towns (far from large population centers) due to the use of hazardous chemicals so that employees, social lives can be limited.

Projects are interesting and there are always new ones available (keeps it interesting). Colleagues are friendly and the environment is familial. Safety is a number one for the company when planning any project/experiment.

Cons

Not much to say here, I really enjoyed my time at the company. Maybe just that at times the environment is too familial and the professional line is crossed by a few employees
