      Pros

      Health care, retirement, other benefits. Vacation and sick time policy

      Cons

      Company treats engineers who do not have a PhD very poorly. Even worse if you are not from MIT. They tend to staff up projects very aggressively, exceed the project budget, fail to launch a product, and then lay off all except the favored scientists and managers.
