If you happen to become the boss’ favorite and you are a good manipulator, you will likely climb the corporate ladder and advance in your career.

Cons

Low wages, limited growth opportunities, subjective and unfair performance review processes, incompetent management, workplace bullying and harassment is permitted as long as the person doing it is an “asset” to the company.
