Interesting international colleagues, travel opportunities, challenging work

Cons

Weak senior leadership team, poor communications too to bottom, lacks solid strategy and vision, regular layoffs when times go bad. Not forward thinking.

I worked with Cabot 28 years and kept my ears open to other opportunities. None better came along. I left primarily due to location. Excellent benefits Good Salary

Cons

Some locations are not so desirable for me but others are. It all depends on where you would like to live. So for some, this may be a positive
