Way too many reporting requirements. Admin took 2/3 of salesmans day. Management boosted pricing and quotas while market was selling for less than previous year.

Since the last reorganization, many people were uprooted and plunked into new roles without proper transition. More work needs to get done with fewer people and less employee development. Programs were "closed," but really they just laid off the experts in that area and shifted the work to other people. Moreover, they laid off really good people -REALLY good people - people I consider role models - I was willing to work, work, work so I could someday be as good as they are. Many of those inspiring role models got axed. Some people who don't even complete 40 hours in a week did not have to go.
