      Interesting and different technologies, excellent community for sharing information/ideas, capable engineers/scientists, exemplary safety culture

      Poor project management infrastructure, lack of technical leadership in certain areas of management, certain divisions feel very corporate

      Pros

      A good company with a decent benefits program. The work force community is overall dedicated and care about their work. Safety is big at Cabot and they try to involve everyone in one way or another. The hours were flexible and most managers were pretty good about work time and family. I enjoyed my time at Cabot and had excellent managers over the years.

      Cons

      Not sure that upper management is in tune to what is happening on the lower levels and almost appears not to want to either.
