Pros

Some very intelligent people are employed here. Decent salaries and good benefits. Very nice sites to work at. Stock prices have been increasing over the last few years.

Cons

Tend to over think most decisions. Work life balance is way out of balance towards the work side. You need a specific educational pedigree to advance and flourish here. If you went to MIT or an Ivy League school, you have a chance; if not, good luck. Very structured and systems oriented environment.

Pros

Cabot has a team-oriented culture with a good work-life balance and health benefits. It's changing environment creates challenges that give plenty of opportunities for employees to proof themselves and go the extra mile.

Cons

Limited career opportunities due to it's rather small size. Performance management is somewhat informal and hard goals are often missing.
