      For the most part the people are good to work with, and one can work on exciting and interesting technical problems. Most of the work was focused on applications and learning how to grow those applications in new market segments

      Cons

      The structure is flat, so its hard to move on without a PhD.

      Pros

      Safety first culture is in place and thriving. Senior management supports supervisors. Company listens and values input from all levels including the hourly folks. Hourly folks are hardworking, intelligent and have the best interest of the company. Pay and benefits are world class like the company.

      Work / Life balance is at times hard to maintain.

      Good benefits, flexible work schedule, easy commute, good projects

      Cons

      Management is a mess. There is a huge wall between the people that make decisions and the people that perform the work. Management believes that project info should be told on a need to know basis and the monkeys in the lab/plant don't need to know. Minimal opportunity for career advancement.
