I love working at Learning Edge because I feel that the directors care about me not only as a individual but also there employee. They are very understanding and helpful in any way that they can which has made me enjoy working at Learning Edge. I also have made some friendships that I know will last a lifetime. When I have children whether or not i am still an employee they will attend Learninh Edge.

Cons

I currently have no cons after working for a year at learning edge.

Pros

Unlike my old daycare, Cadence provides benefits including paid holidays and PTO! The other teachers are very nice and everyone works together well.

Cons

The curriculum and lesson planning can be a little confusing at times
