Pros

Cadence is a place where you can truly have an impact on the company and on peoples' lives. A lot of ownership is given to employees and there are high expectations. The team really cares and is full of thoughtful, kind people. The work is interesting an fast paced.

Cons

The fast-paced environment in a critical field is not for everyone. Benefits could be better, but have improved over time.

Pros

- Company has over doubled in size this year - High growth and velocity - Very low attrition rates across the corporate and technical teams - Very high talent density across the board at the company - Company is very mission aligned - you are helping to save lives in the work you do and it's very rewarding - Modern tech stack - Lots of hiring happening in the technical organization - Company gives annual compensation increases based on market data (no B.S. performance reviews based comp) I've read some of the other reviews on this site and they seem a little disconnected from my experience at the company. A lot of people talking about burnout, but I can't recall ever seeing someone to be asked to work nights and weekends. Think some people just aren't meant for startups - it's not a huge corporation where you can coast by without getting your work done.

Cons

- Benefits used to be bad when the company was smaller but have improved significantly over the past two years

Pros

They have a good remote work package where you can order up to $500 of office equipment

Cons

This place operates like a cult call center. Someone in my onboarding class stated in private Slack channel that they were overwhelmed with the pace of onboarding and the managers freaked out and began digitally stalking each person in the Slack channel. They also have unrealistic expectations on calling patients. The schedule is jam-packed to the point that it’s hard to find time to go to the restroom.
