Pros

The atmosphere in the casino is really laid back. All the bartenders are really friendly. 40+ hours available if wanted.

Cons

long hours can be very tiring and shifts until 6am are norm. A lot of international workers which can be good and bad at the same time.

Pros

Caesars full time employees have decent dental, life, health, drug, physio, chiropractic, sick benefits. Part time have many of these benefits as well.

Cons

Caesars full time and part time employees do not have a current pension plan in place. We contribute to an RSP and the company matches our contributions. It's a 24 hour operation and shift work is a must.
