Pros

Ground crew (the workers) teamwork is winning with the spirit, collaboration and communication.

Cons

Management requires immensely better accountability, communication and fundamental valuing of it’s people. People who are knowledgeable are not acknowledged. Raising concerns is not welcomed.

Some autonomy on the day to day, but only because decisions are made in very selective small circles. Good benefits. Great product.

Cons

Toxic work environment, insecure and misguided leadership, double standards. Old boys club is Alive and well, feels like a startup company in all of the worst ways.
