Great insurance and a few good people I think. They laid off some pretty talented people in May...

Cons

Israeli "specialist" and mgmt are terrible. Constantly arguing with everyone and belittle American employees. Safety issues plant wide.... No rhyme or reason to the way they conduct themselves... ALL about the Israelis

My coworkers, easy casual environment

Cons

No structure, poor culture, spreadsheets and numbers is all this management cares about. Their employees are overworked, undervalued and there is no coaching or training. Onboarding for new hires is a joke. Run far away.
