Coworkers were great. Insurance was good

Cons

Poor senior leadership. No sense of ownership of the shitshow that comes down from senior leadership. Every department blames the next. To much gets piled on the customer service team. No pay raises in 3 years. Bonuses have been scaled back and unattainable now, no sense of pride in working there anymore. Maybe clean house with managment and actually promote people who re qualified to so a job.

everyday is the blame game in the company. SOP is never ever followed. absolutly does not care about separation of personal time and work. they would keep you here 24hrs if they could. by far the absolute worst run company ive evr been a part of.
