Pros

Great product, most employees are great, lack of accountability outside of the sales department

Cons

Lots of micromanagement and I mean from the top down. This 100% starts in Israel and causes the North American management team to constantly be scrambling. Lots of "reports and meetings" rather than actual selling and coaching; processes are extremely flawed - if you bring that up, it somehow is your fault; bad service and pricing reputation has retarded the "fair" market share that this company should receive; customers tend to buy because they have to, not because they want to. No one wants to hear about the problems, they want you to single handedly "miraculously" solve the problems.

Pros

Leadership listens. From the RSM to the VP there isn’t a person that is beyond picking up the phone and taking a call. There are no secrets and if there is a goal you want to reach there are people available to help you get there. When the Pandemic hit we were offered several options but not one on was to lay people off. Most people chose reduced work hours. During the time when the hours were reduced, HR sent communications out to try to keep the morale up and to help people cope mentally in such a trying time.

Cons

Accounts Receivable is a mess. There is no reason why any part of the finance department should be as catastrophic as this one. The Accounts Receivable leadership is a mess and and has no professionalism. Nothing in that specific department is done in a timely fashion. The company receives complaints regarding accounts receivable more than anything else.

Pros

Some autonomy on the day to day, but only because decisions are made in very selective small circles. Good benefits. Great product.

Cons

Toxic work environment, insecure and misguided leadership, double standards. Old boys club is Alive and well, feels like a startup company in all of the worst ways.
