Pros

pretty good discount on products, vested in 401k from day 1

Cons

I can not speak for all departments, but in operations it is an absolute mess. Not long after I started leadership started leaving and there was massive turnover. I quickly realized almost all leaders put in place have absolutely no idea what they were doing and did not qualify for the jobs they were in. It must have been obvious around the org, because months to follow a lot of the top talent started to leave the company. I decided to stay and weather through the massive amounts of layoffs, I probably should have left long before. Right now it seems like all employees have no sense of direction the company is going in. There is a HUGE micromanagement issue at this company as well. Not just from US leadership, but also from global leadership making decisions and not notifying employees. I can not even count how many times I opened my computer and systems were changed by global and no notice was given. Also, in my few years at the company, my medical insurance cost went up 211%. To list a few other issues; severe lack of transparency, lack of leadership and leadership development, lack of safety prioritization (only one EHS person in entire company). To top it all off, I left the company making less than I did when I started (adjusting for inflation). If you are looking at this review in prep for an interview or to apply, I highly advise you to look elsewhere. I wish I left much sooner than I did.
