Pros

There are some really good people working there. It's a start up so things might get better once everything stabilizes.

Cons

Many of the Israelis do not have a grasp on the english language creating a very frustrating work environment. Military like culture. Extreme arrogance and old world thinking by some of the Israelis. Americans are only tokens there with no real value other than muscle. Most of the Israelis have no desire to adapt to American culture, they expect you to adapt to Israeli culture here.

Pros

Will make it sound like a great place to work and will feed you stories about how they really care about people or "team members' and try to sell you on personal growth which will only be if you are willing to go outside your area of passion and expertise. If you decide to stay in position you are in, also plan to stay at the pay you were hired at.

Cons

Do not give back the respect they demand. Bad, if any communication. Average length of employment is 2 months. Overworked and underpaid. Will brag about how great stock is and pay $10,000 an ad in ten magazines a month but would not invest in people. Encourage feedback and advise against it as if they do not like what you say, you are shut out and potentially replaced without warning.

Pros

Training is amazing and you can learn a lot to bring to your next position. You will represent a great growing brand that is gaining ground throughout the US. Many customers that you sell to have a lot of loyalty to the product line.

Cons

Be prepared to give a lot more than you get back. Work / life balance gets pushed to the max. The thought is always to do more with less. Salaries are pushed as low as they can go and they can get re-structured often. You get the feeling that no matter what success you have you can be replaced at any time.
