Business Outlook
Pros
Good pay, great coworkers, very flexible, if you are willing to work anything is within your grasp. I have no major complaints about the company or the group I work with. My group gets along well, supportive management, not gossipy (that I know of).
Cons
As we try to grow, I think we forgot about some fundamental areas, but there is a shift to get back to taking care of the customer and a push to back the baseline employees. Lack of communication at times, some old timers need to be removed as they create a very toxic environment.
